How Does it work?

Instead of signing an agreement with the tenant you sign an agreement with McBride Property Solutions Ltd. It's that simple, we take care of the rest. The contract will last up to three to five years and can be extended if desired.

Step by Step:

1. A meeting is conducted between yourself and MPS to discuss terms and an agreed monthly rent.

2. We set up the management agreement.

3. We take over the management of the property and occupy with professional tenants, guests or contractors.

4. You receive your monthly rent and sit back and relax knowing your property is being well managed and maintained.

5. After the lease has finished, we hand the property back in great condition.
